Delta Hospitality provides all consumable and expendable items necessary to execute our remote site services.  

We have an established supply chain with the resources necessary to safely move goods from the global market, thru our warehouse facility, to remote locations in Nigeria.  

Our warehouse and distribution facility is located in Port Harcourt. The facility is temperature controlled, has adequate generators for consistent power supply, racking systems, lift trucks, delivery trucks, offshore dry and refrigerated delivery containers; as well as clip-on genets’ for refrigerated delivery containers.  

Our supply chain philosophy is rooted in a committed to maintain inventory levels needed to satisfy two months of our remote site supply demands and to offer the highest quality products available in the market.

Staff Selection & Training

At Delta Hospitality, we invest a great deal in our team member selection, training and team-building processes.  

Our job site teams are led by individuals who have worked together in our industry for a minimum of 10 years.  

All team members are initially and annually required to pass a medical vetting process to ensure everyone is healthy and physically fit for work in the remote site food industry.  

All team members are required to demonstrate their ability to receive, retain and practice education and basic skills training.   

Each team member participates in continuous education / training programs which are centered on company QMS (Quality Management System) procedures and processes. This includes Food Safety Training and Environmental Safety Training.  Our HSE department issues appropriate uniforms and PPE’s to all team members.

Team members assigned to offshore locations are BOSIET trained, tested and certified. 

Team member crew changes, for offshore locations, are typically coordinated at our warehouse / office facility and team members are transported to the dock sites by our company personnel vehicle.

Management

Our multi-national management team, including our camp bosses, have worked together in this industry for decades.  The team is trained to the highest international offshore catering standards and has the benefit of global sources for both personnel and supplies.  Delta Hospitality Limited is certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards and 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Standards.  

The Delta Hospitality 24/7/365 management team includes a large operations staff, HSE team, a Human Resource group and an administrative / IT team. Our management staff experience offers us the ability to anticipate logistic / political challenges and to respond with effective solutions.
